At Offmeals, we’re committed to making your experience delicious, flexible, and worry-free.

Effective Date: July 7, 2025

1. Meal Orders

  • To place an order, log in to your Offmeals account and click the “Start Tiffin” button.
  • Select your tiffin size, quantity, plan, and delivery time.
  • Complete payment to confirm the order.
  • Orders are added to your daily meal schedule based on your selections.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

You can cancel tiffin orders easily through your account.

How to Cancel:

  • Go to Order History and select the date(s) you want to cancel.

Refund Policy:

  • Cancelled meals will be refunded to your Offmeals Wallet.
  • Wallet balance is reusable for future orders.

Cancellation Cut-Off Timings:

  • Breakfast: Cancel by 10:00 PM the night before.
  • Lunch: Cancel by 11:00 AM the same day.
  • Dinner: Cancel by 4:00 PM the same day.
Cancellations made after the cut-off will not be refunded.

3. Account Information

  • You are responsible for providing accurate and updated delivery details.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

4. Delivery Policy

  • Delivery will be made to the address specified during the order.
  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the meal.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, or incorrect address input.

5. Subscription Plans

  • Offmeals offers weekly and monthly subscription options.
  • By subscribing, you authorize recurring orders for the selected period.
  • Changes or cancellations must be made at least 3 hours in advance.

6. Wallet Usage

  • Refunds are credited to your Offmeals Wallet only.
  • Wallet balance cannot be withdrawn or transferred.
  • It can only be used to place future orders on Offmeals.com.

7. Payment & Pricing

  • We accept payments through Razorpay, UPI, major credit/debit cards, and net banking.
  • All prices are listed in INR and are subject to change without notice.
  • Taxes (if applicable) are included at checkout.

8. Promotions & Discounts

  • Promo codes and discounts are subject to availability and validity.
  • One promo code can be used per order unless otherwise stated.
  • Offmeals reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion without prior notice.

9. Food Safety & Allergies

  • All meals are prepared in hygienic environments with quality ingredients.
  • We cannot guarantee allergen-free food (e.g., nuts, dairy, gluten).
  • Customers with allergies should consult support before ordering.

10. User Conduct

  • You agree not to use Offmeals for unlawful purposes.
  • You must not interfere with the website’s functionality or data.
  • Do not submit false or misleading information.

11. Limitation of Liability

  • Offmeals is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
  • We are not responsible for dissatisfaction due to personal taste preferences.
  • We are not liable for delays or failures outside our control (e.g., natural disasters).

12. Intellectual Property

All content on Offmeals.com – including logos, menus, text, images, and designs – is the property of Offmeals and may not be copied or reused without permission.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or service if:

  • You violate these Terms.
  • Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
  • You misuse or abuse our services in any way.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Jalandhar City, Punjab, India.

Cancellations & Refunds

You have full control to cancel your tiffin orders whenever needed. Here's how:

  1. Login to your Offmeals account.
  2. Go to Order History and select the date(s) you wish to cancel.
  3. Refund for the cancelled meal(s) will be credited to your Offmeals Wallet.
  4. Wallet balance can be reused for future meal orders.
To place your order, please visit the order page by clicking the "Start Tiffin" button. There, you can choose your tiffin selection and specify your desired delivery time. After completing the payment, your order will be added to your daily routine.

To cancel an order for a single day, go to your order history and select the order you wish to cancel. Please follow these cancellation timing guidelines to ensure a refund:
  • For Breakfast: Cancel by 10:00 PM the night before.
  • For Lunch: Cancel by 11:00 AM on the same day.
  • For Dinner: Cancel by 4:00 PM on the same day.
If you cancel within these time frames, your funds will be credited back to your wallet. Please note that cancellations made outside of these times will not be eligible for a refund.
